I lived at 41st/129th E Ave for 2 years. That area was one big "hellhole". Polo Club, Sawmill, Valencia Park, Observation Point, Brandywine, and that whole area was one big rape-filled, car-break-in occuring, gang-infested area full of low-lifes.

I felt more safer in North Tulsa than I did East Tulsa, and even parts of South Tulsa...Let's not get life twisted! North Tulsa has the reputation, but South and East Tulsa has the daily crimes( drive-by's, rapes, break-ins, domestic violence that don't get sensationalized like they would in North Tulsa.
True true..some neighborhood statistics get more media coverage than other neighborhood statistics. North Tulsa, has about as many gun crimes, or home invasions that, Broken Arrow, or South Tulsa has. If you don't know, you better ask somebody.

Not sure how you can say that when most Tulsa PD don't even live in the city.

And yes, I WOULD trust real estate agents because it is in their best interest to know since they'll be making their commissions off of it.
