John, where would you prefer? Some socialist haven, where you can spend your neighbors money? I was in Canada this year, I think that Vancouver might suit you.

teakboat, I suspect you would call Kansas a socialist haven. Who knew? According to the local
propaganda radio, Tulsa is a really solid real estate market.
