Question Moving back to Tulsa from PA

I moved to Pennsylvania about a year ago with my family. I'm planning on moving back to Tulsa to go to ORU to pursue my Master's degree. This will be the first time I'm on my own, so I'm wondering what to expect financially as far as electric, internet, water, sewage, trash, etc. The apartment complexes out here all cover w/s/t, so I'm not sure if it's the same in Tulsa--I've yet to see that specified.

I've been looking into a few different apartment complexes, mostly the Vintage on Yale, Country Hollow, and the Lodge. Does anyone have any insight into these or other apartments in South Tulsa? My budget is pretty tight, but I'd be able to afford a place like the Vintage with a roommate.

Thanks for all the help!

My only advice is to make double sure that ORU is accredited for your Masters. They have offered engineering degrees that were not ABET accredited. Only civil engineering is accredited now but they just got it. Without ABET accreditation, "engineers" may as well have paid for a diploma mill degree.

ORU is accredited in a lot of things so I'm not slamming the school directly but if a school isn't accredited for a degree, I don't think they should offer it until they are.
