Could you maybe get some pics of the lower bowl seating on the ends if you do? Many thanks if you can.

I read that story on Tulsa World and I think it is unfortunate that the gorgeous Tulsa Arena will be inaugurated with a religious singing ceremony of sorts because "Tulsa has a strong religious tradition", as the guy says in the article.
Sure Tulsa is strong in religion (read: Christianity), but she's also big in, say, cowboy boots, art deco and 3.2 beer. Why take religion and make it into *the* theme for the BoK Center celebration? A cowboy-country show would have been better than purely religious stuff (in my opinion)!
I think the opening ceremony of the Tulsa Arena should be non-denominational, topic-free, open to all and focused on the Arena, period.

It's not exactly the southern baptist bible thump-a-thon you make it out to be. It's multicultural celebration lead by a local gay celebrity.
Anyway, here is my photo update from today. I tried to mainly take pictures of things that have changed like the new seats, wood ceiling, scoreboard, soundproofing drapes, upper level blackout curtains, and installation of the large sign. The pictures are still uploading as a write this but you can see them here:

Kodak Z812 which is 8MP, 12x optical zoom. I want to get something a bit more portable in the future.
