The total cost of the "downtown ballpark" to local property owners in downtown Tulsa is 25 Million Dollars , 30 Millions Dollars have already been donated by private citizens , 5 Million Dollars will be raised by ""'lease""" agreements. The tax burden is not being placed on Tulsa Citizen across the board , and certainly not on "South Side Tulsan" only on downtown
