Default N College Ave - Good neighborhood?

Is North College Ave a decent area to live? Which school district is it in?

Would help to know the hundred block, and about a 99 percent chance that's going to be TPS (Tulsa Public Schools).

It is in the 100 block of N College. Thanks for your response.

This is an older area of town, just north of Interstate 244 in between Harvard and Delaware. Technically, this is an area of town by TU, but my gut feeling is that there are better places. But for sure, there are definitely worse places. Someone more familiar with the area may be able to help out.

Unhappy Stay away from North College Ave area

Not a good neighborhood. It is north of I-244 and close to the University of Tulsa, but the neighborhoods in the area are not good. I looked for a house in that neighborhood about one year ago, not yet being familiar with the Tulsa area. The homes are very small, many of them have boarded-up windows, the narrow streets have a lot of cars parked on them, it is right near an interstate and numerous "dirty" commercial establishments like auto shops, pawn shops, salvage resellers, discount furniture stores, etc... I would keep looking for some other place to live. You could go a little south past 11th South and get much better neighborhoods. You would be in Tulsa School District, which is not bad, as many other people may tell you. You can also transfer your child out of the neighborhood school into another one if it would be better (this would have to be before the beginning of the school year).
