I think the best school districts in OK are Union, Jenks, Groken Arrow and Owasso, I have herd of kids coming from 'other' states to these schools and having to catch up to were they are.

Can someone please let me know if this is a bad area and why? 4676 N Boston Pl at 46th and North Cincinnati, Ok? Thank you for any help.
I have researched this online but not coming up with anything really other then i did see what the street looked like and such but not much on anything else.

High crime area. It was used by unscrupulous Realtor to sucker out of state investors.....you could buy a house for $10,000 put $5,000 into it and have a home you can rent for $700 a month. When c\AC units disappear right after installation, when every other yard is fenced in with a pitt or rott in it, and the ones that aren't fenced have them on chains in the front or back yard, you know that there is a lot of crime. people don't get dogs like that to just ignore and feed (particularly in an area of substantial poverty) unless they need the protection.
I do appraisals. I don't go to that neighborhood after dark. Schousse works with me, and I don't let her go to that neighborhood alone.

thank you Goodpasture, for that information, I guess i will keep looking. sighs. I definitely dont need my daughter in that kind of area for sure.

It really depends WHERE west. Over the river 49th W and W 61st street has some fabulous homes.

That's true. I was thinking of just across the river and around Town West.
