Default Places to eat at that are Vegetarian/Vegan and/or health oriented

What are some good restaurants in the Tulsa area that either serve vegetarian/vegan foods, or that are vegan/vegetarian.. Also interested in raw food places & organic places (by raw, i do not mean sushi, i mean plant-based)..

Also interested to see if there's any organic farmer's market type things, or just regular farmer's market, where you can buy produce from local farmers & such.

Would also like to know Asian shops, besides Nam Hai & the 2 Korean markets.

Thank you very much for this fantastic list of places I appreciate it very much!

I have to ask, has anyone been to these farmer's markets? Are they more/less expensive than grocery stores, organic, etc?

I used to be a vegan, then moved out of country & got off track (not because I wanted to, moreso due to my situation & inability to choose what I ate- I was staying with people & had to eat whatever they cooked, but they tried to be accommodating).

So now I want to pick up being vegan again, because I don't like animal cruelty & also because of the health benefits. When I was a vegan, I felt & looked vibrant, had beautiful, glowing skin, sparkly eyes & just really felt wonderful.

I'm not vegan, yet, but by next month, I will be (gotta finish the groceries I have & whatnot)!
