40 years ago my SIL tried somethings like that. It turned out more like volunteering from home! Good luck!

Try using the term "telecommuting" in your search on Job Search | one search. all jobs. Indeed. These will be mostly jobs that you can do from a computer, such as writing or graphic art.

Just be careful!
Please be careful with what you choose! There's a lot of nasties out there.
If they want any sort of money for a kit or to get set up, run away!
If you have to buy anything, run away!
If you have to pay for training, run away!
And the medical transcription bubble has burst, there are no jobs.
When you find something interesting, check it with the BBB and online. 9 times out of 10, a work from home scheme is a scheme.
What are your reasons and goals for working from home?

As seen on CNN, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Fortune, Consumers Digest, Today, Good Mornig America, US News & World R
http://www.ratracerebellion.com/bios-personal.htm
Work at home and "off-beat" jobs can help keep you from having to waste time commuting, having to own a car and pay insurance and high gas prices, working 9-5, paying for parking, tolls, meals out, babysitters, keeping up a nice wardrobe, etc.
Maybe you have been thinking like I have that going away from home everyday isn't all it is cracked up to be. Working from home gives you a sense of freedom--like being your own boss.
First of all if you are already employed and have proven yourself to be valuable to your employer, you may with to negotiate working at home. IT saves your employer from having to have room for you and paying for all the things you need at an office (including the real estate, air conditioning.)
REMEMBER as you look through these: you should never have to pay for a legitimate opportunity. If you find a work at home job be sure you don't have to pay to be able to work for them or for the info to learn about them.
Do as much research (due diligence) as you can about the company before signing up with any of them. There are plenty of opportunities that are legit. Ask lots of questions.
