Default Preschool info

Considering relocating to the area and worried about preschools for my son. Where we live now it's very competitive and long waits for the best ones. Where would you say are the best preschools and are their long wait lists?

Depends if you are look at traditional or montessori and how many days and for how long. No matter what, you can get into a good one pretty easy in Tulsa.

We are looking for 5 days a week full time . Our son is in a Large Church preschool right now where there are 1000 kids. I don't think we are looking for Montessori.

1,000???

My daughter is in 3 days a week with about 30 kids and 3-4 teachers.

I just checked some of the Catholic Church Schools like Holy Family and Marquette and they do have waiting lists (albeit likely not long)

Onc eyou decide where you're going to live, you might just try looking at that area. Google has 93 listings for preschools in midtown alone:

St. Marys has a pre-school. I don't know if they have a waiting list. I think First Methodist downtown has a large pre-school as well as Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian.

Holland Hall is excellent (Episcopalian). So are Cascia Hall, Monte Casino and Marquette (Catholic).

Just about every church has a preschool. Find a church you like and see where the members send their kids.......It will help reinforce friendships if the kids go to church and school together.
