Default What area is considered the high end area of Tulsa?

Was wondering what part of town has the high end shopping, restaurants, homes etc or are they scattered about?

My guess would be around the Swan Lake area (South of 15th street and between Utica and Peoria). But I don't live there anymore so I couldn't be sure. Sgrizzle? BigOkie? New In Prue? dsjeffries? You guys are all living in Tulsa, can you help travlingrlclt out?

Utica Square has some shopping, but the bigger outlets are on the 71st St Corridor (also known as Miracle/Moron Mile; Moron because of the drivers). The nicer new homes can be found typically south of 61st between the River and all the way out to Broken Arrow.

Some of the places Synopsis refers to are midtown, and those are older homes. The 21st & Utica area is fairly upscale, older homes. Along Brookside as well on Peoria from 21st to 41st.

From 41st to 31st, Peoria to Lewis and 31st to 21, Riverside to Harvard is high end homes and some newer homes built on older lots. The Millionaire's club generally resides here.

There are more millionaires club in far south Tulsa (111th, 121st, etc) that is all the "Nouveau Riche"

Brookside (Peoria from 31st to 51st) and Cherry Street (15th from Peoria to Utica) are the higher-end boutique stores and Utica Square is the higher end of large chain shopping. (Sax, Williams Sonoma, etc)

71st is the main retail corridor where you will find most everything. Just expect traffic to be bad. 41st & Yale is the 2nd most popular mall area and feature most of the same retail outlets and a more relaxed experience.

The best dining is generally brookside or downtown.

And let's not forget about Tulsa Hills at W 71st and Hwy 75 as an up and coming shopping area. I've been twice and this area appears ready to take off.
