I worked at Sykes (OCE Printing, Genie Prepaid, and SBC) in Ponca City for a year. Hated it. Wouldn't recommend it. But that's probably because I just don't care for that kind of "sit down and do what you're told and raise your hand to go to the bathroom) work. I hate office politics. I hate being smarter than my bosses. And I hate it when they don't realize it. I know that sounds arrogant. Sorry.

I also worked for TV Guide in Tulsa for awhile, but not in the call center. Back before United Video bought TV Guide. That was interesting. I spent 8 hours per day typing "Rent One Hour Before through Fifteen Minutes After Start Time." for the Prevue Channel.
