Broken Arrow is a great community that would warmly welcome you.
If you have school aged kids, you have a choice between Broken Arrow Public Schools and Union Public Schools. Both have high test scores.
Broken Arrow is a large suburb south and east of Tulsa and is rapidly growing.

I agree with you, BAguy,
If I had to choose to live in a suburb in Tulsa, Broken Arrow would be my choice. Correct me if I am wrong but I think Broken Arrow, OK made the top 10 safest cities to reside in either this year or last year.

It made the top 20. The police department prides itself in being proactive. There is still progress to be made but they do a great job. Broken Arrow made the TOP 10 Best Communities by Family Circle Magazine.
The Broken Arrow High School Marching Band just took 1st Place last night at the St. Louis Super Regional, and their Softball team won state again this weekend.

Broken Arrow is definitely keeping Tulsa alive, which puts green country on the map. A popular place for out of staters to relocate for a better lifestyle.

Uhh...what?
You might re-think or re-word that.
BA wouldn't be here without Tulsa and the county.
I like BA and all, but that statement right there is the kind from BA residents that put me off (not saying you meant it autotech; it may just have been phrased wrong).
Let's remember who has the Lion's share of the population and city fenceline.

Oops,
I think based on the post I made about BA being a safe city to reside caused me to say that BA is a popular place for out of staters to relocate. I do need to rethink and reword that. My mistake.

Broken Arrow owes a lot to Tulsa and it also does a lot of good for Tulsa and will continue to do so in the future. All of its residents help keep the 71st Street retail corridor alive and Tulsa supplies many jobs for Broken Arrow residents.
I do think people underestimate how many jobs Broken Arrow companies supply for metro residents. BA is 3rd in manufacturing behind OKC and Tulsa.
The two cities work great together and need each other.

remember oklahoma is a garnishment state a lawyer in oklahoma can buy a book of debts go in front of judge and get garnishments on each name,he does not have to prove you are the person that owes the debt, just that you have the same name,my daughter had her wages garnished after her exhusband did not payoff a truck that was awarded to him by the same cuort that approved the garnishment,my daughter went to court told the judge that she did not have the truck showed the court order that awarded the truck to her exhusband ,showed the judge her paychecks from walmart ,told the judge she was the only support her and her daughter had.the judge awarded the scumbag lawyers 125.oo out of every pay check untill the debt was paid off.so be wary if you are thing of moving here,it aint that nice here

Yeah, these "first time" posters that trash a state/city makes me think the same.
No violations of the TOS though.
