Default looking for apt - so ask for your opinion

Hello, I am moving to Tulsa to work there in January. So I am currently looking for an apt to rent. I did not have a chance to visit Tulsa to look for an apartment before moving to Tulsa. Therefore, I am asking for your advice and suggestions.

I am a single female and so my main requirement is the area has to be safe and clean. I might be able to afford the rent if it is between $600-800 per month. I hope the staffs are kind and the apt between rooms are not noisy.
I've heard that the area of south Tulsa, midtown and downtown is safe. Is this correct?

My office is located around 73106 area (zip code)
Following are the three candidate apartments I found so far online.
1. The University Club (1722 south Carson Avenue, 74119)
I've heard that this apt is very famous and recognized in Tulsa. Right?
(Do you think this apt is far from my office?) (I'm not good at driving)
How about the traffic in Tulsa?
2. The Mansions at Riverside (2805 East 97th Court South, 74137)
3. The Palazzo (13777 East 51st Street, 74134)

Which one of these should I avoid? Or which ones would you recommend?
If you have anything in mind besides what I found, please, feel free to suggest anything.

Many Thanks!!!

Here is information about the area where you will be working. Of the 3 apartments you listed, I think University Club Towers would be closest. My daughter has friends there and she said it is very nice and you would not regret renting there. It is noted for its round shape. I think the others are way far away! Driving isn't bad compared to other cities of this size. That apartment is probably close to bus service. I hope you meant 74106 as 73106 is in Oklahoma City.

The Palazzo apts are nice and is close to a growing area of Broken Arrow. Low Crime and easy access to shopping. You would be about a mile from the Broken Arrow Expressway (Highway 51). Hope your move to Tulsa goes well.

This is the best I can do. We don't know anyone who has lived in these apartments. Maybe someone else will have some ideas for you.

If you're working in 74137 I would go with option 2 of those choices.

Here are some other options:
apartments 74137 - Google Maps

Avoid stoneridge, deerfield and riverchase.

74137 is South Tulsa/Jenks.

The Vintage on Yale at 81st & Yale is a *very* nice, newer complex with a beautiful view. Remington on Memorial (81st and Memorial) is also very nice.
