American in downtown Sand Springs. It's not so far depending on where in Tulsa you live.

If you are near Broken Arrow,

The new Planet Fitness facility next to the Broken Arrow Expressway on Elm in BA is 24 hrs during the week. Anytime Fitness in south BA next to the Walmart Supercenter is 24hrs.

Congrats Okie.. that's really some progress. I'm sure you must be feeling pretty great too. How often do you go and what's your routine?

I have been going about every other day, sometimes more. I spend an hour on the elliptical machine. I downloaded an app on my Android called "my fitness pal" it helps me to track my calories. I started on Jan 27th, so I am losing about a pound a day. I have been trying to keep my calorie intake down to around 1,500 a day.

Thanks for the recommendation! After visiting I chose this gym since I will be working weekends and can do my errands in the vicinity since there is a Target, etc. I liked the theatre and women's weight area.

Congrats on the weight loss, I may see you there. I will be religiously glued to the treadmill.
