I am sure most of you have heard of the Riverwalk and the River District. The Riverwalk is the development just N of the Jenks bridge as you cross the river. Phase 1 is already done, and Phase 2 is finally, actually underway right now.

The billion dollar River District has been doing the groundwork for a while. This phase is expected to take a year.
