Former Fuddruckers in Owasso
Hello! I saw this former Fuddruckers restaurant is currently available for lease, but not sure the markets around the area, please feel free to give your advices. The broker asks for $13,750 a month (not sure if property tax included or not), with such high monthly rent, we are hesitating. By the way, we are planning on establish a Japanese steak house.

It's in an excellent location! All the growth in Owasso is right in that area. We are ready for more upscale restaurants in Owasso and I think a Japanese steak house would do quite well!

I looked up the location through google satelite map, it's a great location with all the shopping centers around the area. I'm wondering how could Fuddruckers ran out of business, any inputs?

I ate there once.....never wanted to go back. Red robin is close if I want to spend bucks on a burger, and it was a lot better burger and WAY better service. If I want a lower end burger, Rons is around the corner.....and ron's is SERIOUS burger competition. Fuddruckers just never had the product, the service or the price, and there were way too many similar places in the area with better food, service, and price.

Why yes! Why pay $13 for a hamburger when you can drive down the street and eat at Goldies for 1/2 the cost and get a better burger?

and not to mention, you fix it up yourself, they give you the bun and meat, then you dress it up, for 13 bucks, they should come wipe our mouth for you after each bite.
and the fries sucked too.
that being said, I think a Japanese steak house would do quite well there, theres alot of upscale type people in Owasso now.
