Victoria Park Townhomes Information?
Recently visited Tulsa and enjoyed it. Trying to locate any contact or general information about the Victoria Park Townhomes located at 13th Street and Lawton Ave. near Riverwalk Drive, Tulsa. Googling did not give me any leads. Any info/leads appreciated.

Yep, but thanks Okie . Saw them when I visited, liked the area but didn't see any contact info. Just wanted to explore possibilities.

Oklahoma condominium, condo and townhouse ratings.
Gypsy, there may be a bit of info on the above site. I didn't check it out, but it came up when I did a search.
I also sent you a DM. The reason I didn't post it here is because it takes you to a realtor site, BUT there could be some contact or price info on there for you. Disclaimer~I don't sell real estate. It's just a site with info, but not allowed on the forum.

I live in these condos. There are 18 in the complex. Victorian in design, two car garages, two bed/two baths in all units. Mostly owner occupied. One unit is going on the market soon

Hi Sunshine - I have friends in the area and I've driven by these a couple of times. Isn't there a sign on the corner with a phone number for rental information? I could have sworn I saw something like that....???

Thank you Jammie. I checked the Realtor Buyer/Seller sit and the Rating site. They have dif ULR's but the page formating is nearly identical. Probably same originator. They show condo LISTINGs but only a few show any specific info. I think they are mostly inactive properties. I tried several leads to access actual property info. They all lead to various pages/sites where you have to pay $1 to register for a 7 day trail access which then becomes $39.95 per month. They put the sites out there and I guess enough people register so over time they make money. Kinda like fishing... throw the line out, go have a beer, take a nap and come back and reel em in. LOL.

Brookside; good thinking. I stopped in Tulsa for 5 days in early May on my way to the west coast. Saw the sign, and it had a listing price and a phone number. Didn't write it down then but on my way back in early June I stopped by to do so. Wrote down the name of the condo but the other info was absent. I assumed it had been sold or rented out(?).

Sunshine looking for leads. Do you know who the listing agent/agency may be or if there's a contact phone # listed on the sign? If there's a problem with the building or the grounds who do you call? So some are rental units? Good as I would prefer to rent initially anyway. Feel free to DM any/all additional you care to share. This search will be on-going so if something surfaces later I'll still be interested. Thanks. Gypsy

I just checked MLS and there are no listing there. The last sale closed in July of 2008, for $88,000. It was originally listed for $91,500 and was on the market for 14 days.
The sale prior to that one closed in March of 2007 for $82,500 after 74 days on the market.
The sales prior to that occurred in 2005 when four of them sold for between $69,900 and $89,900 for an average of 76 DOM (one had 0 DOM, one had 42, another had 90, and the last had 95) and sold, for the most part, for less than 3% below listing price.
If you wish to purchase one of these properties, you might want to get a Realtor to monitor the listings on these units, and be prepared to move quickly when one becomes available.
