Wow! Now that is a blast from the past. I still remember the salad bar situated in the middle of a car in the middle of the restaurant. That place was fun and cool....and great onion rings if I remember correctly.

when that place was being built, they lost a Rolls Royce, the building caught fire during construction, and the car was a total loss.

I had my first alchoholic drink in that place, they had dance floor in the back, we were having a birthday party for my sister, they all went to dance, left their drinks at the table, And I had to sample - I was only 14

Raelyn, did you get moved in yet? I think you were heading out last weekend and I'm curious to hear from you once you get settled.

I would say OK. The PNW is hands down much prettier and more laid back. I miss the pine trees and mountains in the backdrop. The drivers in Tulsa are obnoxious and rude and I dread the day my son gets his license. The weather and bug problem is annoying to say the least.

The one good thing I can say is that the sports are better, schools seem awesome and the people are nicer. Also the food is great. But besides that I would probably move back to Washington after my kids graduate.. Just my opinion... You can't beat the beauty of the West Coast

Raelyn, at least you do have positives to say about Tulsa and that's a plus since you just got settled in there. I'm sure you do miss the place you lived before and probably always will.

BUT you said something that is VERY important IMHO~"the people are nicer." That means a lot. Glad you're doing well.
