Default Parks, read on

There are some parks in Tulsa with good play areas for small ones. They have play areas where the kid doesn't do much climbing up stuff, but the kid is still able to explore and have fun. You would have to go to the parks to see what I mean.

Helmerich Park - on Riverside Drive just south of 71st Street.
Whiteside Park - on 41st Street between Harvard and Yale.
Tulsa Zoo - in Mohawk Park on 36th Street North between Sheridan and Memorial.
Hunter Park - on 91st Street between Yale and Sheridan.

There are probably others, but those are the ones I can think of now.

The park at 41st and Riverside would not be a good park for a 22 month old child. The kid is not able to climb the stuff there and the kid would get run over by the older children. It is a great park for kids a bit older and adults as well.

Depends on the child, not every 22 month old is the same size. My 2yr old enjoyed the toddler area quite well when it opened.
