Unhappy Possibly Moving to Owasso... HELP PLEASE!

We are possibly moving to owasso and we found the most perfect house... or so I thought. I am pre - vet and love dogs. We can't have children so our 4 dogs are our kids. I have learned that in Owasso city limits you can only have 2 dogs... and no more than 5 animals total. I understand city limits for people that do not care as well for pets, but mine are completely love and happy. They eat premium dog food and are very healthy. I saw something as to a Dog Kennel License, but don't know how to obtain one or if it is even needed... if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Our 4 dogs are our children and part of our family, we would never want to loose them.

Thank you!

Here is a thought: Owasso has many square miles of suburban development between 76th st N and 106th st N, on the East side of town, that probably exists outside of city limits. The houses are very nice and the area is fairly pretty.
