I won't be tuning in. I don't enjoy watching employees being rudely berated. I see enough bad manners in real life.

I understand that, but in real life people get yelled at all the time at work. I worked for a "screamer" at one law firm. At first it was alarming - "Why is this man screaming at me?" But after it happened on a daily basis, I was so used to it that I let it go in one ear and out the other. I figured "Hmmm, maybe he's screaming WITH me, not AT me." So now, if I'm not being screamed at I figure something's wrong. |

I would have an anxiety attack if someone yelled at me like that. Then again, it works for the military and some folks seems to really grow under that sort of training.
