Man, I am jealous! My DW will not give up HBO. The channel has gone to crap in my book, but she still wants to stick with it.

I like HBO better than SHOWTIME or others, but I pretty much just watch the original series and miniseries. I seldom watch actual movies, have usually seen them by the time they reach cable.

The HBO series were excellent five or six years ago (The Wire, The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Carnivàle). The current ones are only decent (Entourage, Big Love, How to Make It in America). One exception is Curb Your Enthusiasm. It is still great.
