I really enjoy watching thw walking dead. i couldn't wait for season 3 to come on.I have been glued to the tv the last 2 sunday nights. but i will admit last night was kinda boring though.i really hope all the rest are really good. im a real zombie movie fan. i really wish there were more movies out there like these. i have watched i think all of them.can't wait until next sunday!
Obviously Rick has taken a while to fully adjust to the realities of the situation, but does seem to have a handle on it now. As far as distancing himself from Lori, I doubt I could stay with someone who looked at me like she did at him after the Shane episode.
I really like how badass Rick has become I hope he stays this way all season long.
Rick won't, or really can't go back to what he was before. He's crossed that line. You seen that for sure when he put that kid in the yard with the walkers & locked the door on him.
It has been made clear the entire show that either a bite or scratch will turn you.
It was implied in Season 1, when the character "Jim" got clawed on his stomach. He developed what appeared to be fever-like symptoms when the group, on their way to the CDC, dumped him on a hill along a country road.
Later on, at the CDC, Rick discovers that everyone, dead and living, are infected. I interpret that as meaning everyone's blood is infected. So a flesh wound shouldn't cause one to turn, because the infection is already in the bloodstream.
Actually I believe that a bite or deep scratch will eventually cause the person to die, it is like this activates the virus. This is why Rick chopped off Hershels leg to prevent the virus from activating and apperantly it worked.
I'll beleive it's Merle when I see him. Could well be a dream like before, especially if he as crazy contraptions on his arm.

The still unseen Govenor is who equipped Merle with his "new" arm. Merle is the Govenor's, forgive me for this...right hand man.
I still can see that look on Lori's face and I'm so glad Rick has come to his senses about her. I will never change my mind about her.

It has been made clear that a bite or scratch will turn the person. Yes, they are infected but a bite or scratch will cause the body to die and the virus to activate.

Right, because the zombies are so bacteria-laden. It took me a while to figure that one out.
