I don't care if they already talked about it, it would be a pretty amazing scene if the baby dies before she gives birth and it attacks her from the inside.

This may be too extreme even for cable, But I can see them pulling a page from The Dawn of the Dead remake where the baby turns after being born. Remember that one? That was pretty crazy.

Having to care for a baby is such a huge liability in the world of The Walking Dead. If the survivors don't have condoms or birth control pills, they're in trouble if they get the urge to do IT! I assume there are plenty of condoms left over in stores because that's probably the last thing people would loot.
If i were a survivor, i would be producing as many babies as possible and encouraging others. Its not like their numbers are growing, they are getting smaller. They need kids to become killers like carl so they can survive

I think that makes sense once they find a stable place to settle down for a bit. Having kids on the run could actually jeapordize the group unless they are willing to sacrifice people if it comes to it.

Great point, Also in addition to this their environments are not sanitary nor do they have access to medical supplies or equipment that is vital for such a situation.
