I disagree strongly now. The Alanis song was pretty incredible, many times it was better than the original. Haley did a remarkable job that very few could have accomplished.

I thought all three of them did a very good job tonight, but I really want Scotty to win.

I read on another board that James made up that he had Aspergers. The person who said this was lying, right? Did anyone else hear this?

Haley wins in my book, she took three very hard songs and did a great job on them.

Most of my votes went her way but the mom in me voted a couple of times for Lauren and Scotty too. All three of these kids have been on my list (along with Casey and Paul) and I am looking forward to seeing all of them as they begin their careers.

Could be true. But for ears alone, Haley won it. And I'm not a cheerleader for any of them.

I just read a comment on a blog that Haley could suffer a loss of votes due to the Bulls playing tonight in Chicago and so many people are fixated on that instead of Idol. I wonder if it really would affect the votes?

I've said this before, but I really like JLo. I think she's great. I especially liked her telling Scotty to cut his hair. She seems to really care about the contestants.

She has talent, but I can't get past the personality.

gimmee, I agree. But I think that, if Haley's career started somewhere besides AI, people wouldnt be aware of her personality flaws and might accept her better. I wonder how many divas are exactly like her and we just dont know about it.

What's her personality? She is a creative artist who has strong opinions about her creativity which might account for her taking far more creative risks than any of the other contestants that.

PS: If I was voting I wouldn't be voting for who I would want to have lunch with, but whose music I would buy.
