Are you having sound issues too? The music is so loud and I can't hear them talking.

I didn't notice that but remember it happening during a previous season for me. Hope it's better now.

I even checked another channel, then another TV. Whoever did the sound mixing on this one should be fired!

Check your audio settings on your tv, it may be set for surround when you don't have it on.

I had the same problem! We were watching Survivor live and had trouble hearing the dialogue, although the background was plenty loud. A friend from 30 blocks away was watching and had the same problems.
Later I tried to watch Criminal Minds from my DVR. It had even worse sound problems and was completely unintelligible.

Very annoying.

I also recall thie issue from past seasons. I haven't seen it recently but for sure it is annoying. Consider turning on the closed caption when this happens.

Red face No sound here!

I had the same problem, I live in Redding CA and you could here the music sound track but no voice track.. I have Directv and I checked another tv with a regular antenna and same thing. So it wasn't your system, it was whoever was in charge of mixing the sound tracks...they totally screwed that one up!

Default Survivor sound issues

We watched Survivor here in Tucson last Wednesday and had only the background music but no dialogue. We had to read closed captioning to understand. What a Pain!
