I've had enough of Rob and Russell. Is it so bad that you had to bring these 2 back CBS? Really should've been a clue, to me anyways, that Rob would be back when they talked to him at the last reunion. Had enough of bad casting. I'll watch this season as usual but, I'm not really excited that it's so close to start. Please grab my attention again. Give me someone that I can really root for. Russell is too easy to hate. Give me someone that comes from out of nowhere to hate. Give me the good guy turns backstabber. Enough of these people that do nothing but sleep, whine and quit. Give me back Survivor.

Gawd how embarrassing for CBS - to have hired Russell on for a third season because they think he so great for ratings (read money in their pockets) and then end up suing him for stabbing them in the back at the same time. Even though said stabbing, and basically just thumbing his nose at them Russell was actually feeding the machine. Hollywood, bunch of eejits

Ok I guess they haven't sued him. Not sure if they will or not. Jim Early is the guy that Russell gave the spoilers (missyae)
Maybe this is why it was the Boston Rob show at the finale and you only got a short glimpse of Russell.

Me to Jim:
Jim,
What was the time line with the lawsuit and CBS finding out it was Russell that was the leak?
Did Russell know he was being sued before he left for Redemption Island?
Was there time for CBS to reconsider him as a contestant?
Do you think this will affect Russell's edits?
Thanks!
o
Jim Early's reply:
They filed the suit on me in August of 2010. I started talking to them in October. They found out about Russ the week of the finale for 21. Russ has not been sued as far as I know. He had already filmed b4 this came out so no, CBS didn't have time to keep him off 22. I do think his edits will be affected negatively.

Russell and his Ego need to be taught a lesson. I hope CBS does file legal action against him.

I also hope Mr Sour Grapes Hantz goes out this season with a fizzle.

Don't do it, Rob!!!! Oh my gravy! Will Rob go back to his former (bad boy) self?? Oh, wait, they will be on opposite teams until the merge. How could there possibly be an alliance between those two? Neither one trusts each other. I thought alliances were based on trust. I don't think their plan is going to work. I HOPE it doesn't work and I'm almost tempted to get off my Rob wagon since hearing he would even possibly consider allying with Russhole.

Aahh, the plot thickens. We have just a few more (5) days til the new Survivor season starts.
And then shortly afterwards AR starts. Anxiously awaiting these 2 shows with some hearty entertainment to cure the cabin fever.

I think I'm going to pass on this one. I can't deal with another season of Russ. I may also write CBS and tell them why.

With all the people who want to be on Survivor, why do they keep bringing back old participants? I think they've jumped the shark.
