Do you guys watch late (LATE) night TV? There's this judge show that comes on called Judge Akim (extreme Akim or something like that). It's like a Jerry Springer meets Judge Judy or something. This guy gives out the weirdest sentences, his justice seems kind of illegal, actually. For example: He once ordered some lady to smash this guy's expensive watch because the guy either lied about something or didn't provide a service for her or something. It's a really dumb show and it can only be appreciated by true insomniacs.

I don't know if this was it, but he said to a guy who used nude pictures of a lady without a permission to "eat like a pig" because he thought of him as "a pig". Also, he ordered two people to race around a track to settle a dispute. Is this the show? It was on like at 1 or 2 in the morning.... (also, it was set in Texas, which could explain a lot, LOL!).

EDIT: I have just researched it a bit and yes, this is the same show... anyone who would go to his court room is not exactly too bright.

I like to watch Judge Judy and Judge Mathis...

I get the biggest hoot outta Greg Mahis; he is smart & street savvy. I love the way he calls every shady liar a crackhead..."you know you was smokin that stuff too, so dont be calling her a dopefiend, you was right there!"...that makes me laugh, he is good at 'reading' fakes too. That is good in the Judge business. comes from having walked a mile in the shoes of the criminal and as attorney. He knows bull*hit when he sees it coming.

I bumped into Judge Judy years ago in person, nothing like she is on TV. I think alot of it is for ratings.

When she first came on TV she was nothing like she is now - she was actually the joking type.

I think judge judy jumps to conclusions too fast. If you get nervous and mis speak, you lost your case.

I like Judy. Actually I like all of the court shows. But I would never go on one unless I was 100% SURE that I was right.

I would be too embarrassed to go on a judge show- just think of the reruns that will come back to haunt you.

Judge Judy is not a wimp and tells it like it is. And yes, there have been occasions where she has jumped in and criticized one of the parties too quickly and was then set straight....but, she will apologize if that is the case.

We need more people like her who will stand up for what is right and not be spineless wimps who are afraid they won't be popular if they are not a sheep.

Hooray for Judge Judy!
