RE: Jennifer Esposito, If I remember correctly, I read somewhere on the 'net that she left the show to work for Celiac disease awareness. HUH? I didn't know that not be able to tolerate wheat gluten needed ....um....awareness.

I didn't do any searches to find info to see if this was the case,so I will leave it to the reader to do a search for more info.

The part where they all sit down to dinner at the end of the show is a nice touch.

The house they live in has ugly decor.

Actually she was suspended from the show because she is only able to work on a very limited basis because of Celiac disease, which makes her sick a lot of the time. She was willing to work, but the producers said she wasn't working enough, so I doubt she will be back.

if that is true, I hope she gets proper compensation as I think it is against the law to fire somebody for being sick.

I really like the show despite its right wing sanctimony and damn near lilly white depiction of the NYPD, which is weird but true.

I like the show but not Tom Selleck's politics. Not a fan of NRA.

I have Celiac Disease. She's sick a lot of the time? Why? Well, it is darn easy to fix. I just avoid gluten and wheat. It's difficult at first, but once you get into a habit, life becomes much easier. Nowadays, there are so many gluten-free alternatives readily available.

So, WHY would she be sick a lot? Maybe there is some behind the scenes drama we fans don't know about? Just thinking out loud here.
