Remember back then when the station was going of that they would show a plane and then the American Flag and afterwards you just had this static on tv?

It's amazing that we had "part time" television with only a handful of networks and most people enjoyed the shows.

Now we have 24/7 television, hundreds of channels and most of the shows are crap.

Ah yes, those were the days!

Our local NBC affliate was owned by Notre Dame. They ended their broadcast day with the St. Francis Prayer for Peace.
