Was there a resolution with Linden's fiance? Did they break up for good?

He doesn't know it yet. After she left the airport last time, she told her son they wouldn't be moving. I guess she'll eventually tell her fiance.

Season 1 had issues, but I hung in there because I really wanted to like this show. Not sure if I can keep watching this mess any more. There are so many problems...I don't even know where to start. I don't expect things to be wrapped up in a bow, but I do expect a show that revolves around a complex mystery to have far fewer plot holes & a somewhat believable story. All the "dark and brooding" atmosphere in the world can't make up for sloppy writing. Joel Kinnaman can do so much better - maybe Holder & his meth problem could cross over to Breaking Bad, if it wasn't almost over...

But it's probably going to be someone shocking like Aunt Terry. She's a prostitute, after all, who got the girl into the business. I don't think they checked her alibi.

We will have to wait and see. His manufacturing that fake toll booth picture is supicious.
Remember when they went to that rich kids home there was an older woman in his bed(it looked like Terry)...you may be right!

I sure hope it's not Terry, enough has happened to this poor family.

I doubt she would tie up her niece in a trunk. If she had killed her I think it would have been an accident or something. However, I think she knows something that she isnt telling or maybe knows who did it.

Aunt Terry got her niece involved in the prostition ring...so all bets are off on Aunt Terry she could be capable of anything!

Helping someone get in a prostitution ring and being able to brutally kill someone by tying them up and putting them in a trunk to drown are not even close to being the same thing.

Family is just as likely if not more so likely to kill family than anyone else.

The favorite suspect just blew his brains out (and I think that was the character who did it in the Danish original? Anyone?) so I have no idea. Like the show but also like Holder enough to not watch him self-destruct over this, too sad.

That's what I read about the Danish version of this show. Now that he's gone, I don't know who it could be. Maybe one of the crooked cops or the campaign manager (as Irishiis49 commented in an earlier post)???
