In any case since the doctor confided in Katie, I am assuming she will eventually tell someone that the doctor said that Douglas couldn't be the biological son of Ridge.
Is Katie going to confide in Bill or will she go directly to Ridge? I doubt Katie will tell Brooke but if she does Brooke will know the truth as will Rick (since Brooke told him about Ridge's vasectomy).
She could go directly to Ridge as he is/was her ex-fiance. Also it seemed that she was about to tell Bill & Brooke before they confronted her about her drinking. So there is still a chance that she could tell either one of them. I am somehow thinking that she will tell Rick (her nephew) inadvertently and he will use the information to get company back from Ridge.

Well Katie has raised Rick's suspicions about Ridge after telling Rick that she saw the Ridge and the doctor both the restaurant after Ridge's denial.
Meanwhile, the competition between Liam and Wyatt over Steffy is getting old as it seems to be repeat of the storyline with Hope.
I was surprised today to find out that the girl who plays Caroline is Suzanne Somers granddaughter
