I know I should use the spoiler tags, but .....

I am shocked -- SHOCKED, I tell ya -- that the Sandou Trio Russian Upside-Down Piano Bar was eliminated. I thought for SURE they'd make it to the finals .....

DoM you should know better than to ruin the results like that for people! Who would have guessed they wouldn't make it through?

Mea culpa ..... <*hanging head in shame*>

Watching the final three acts right now and I'm honestly disappointed with the act that was eliminated via America's vote. (What the heck was America thinking?!?!? )

And the judges' choice:

Spoiler

THE WEST SPRINGFIELD DANCE TEAM ?!?!?

This has got to be a joke. What a travesty -- seriously.

I'm totally with you on the spoiler there - bad call - and surprising.

I was happy with the results tonight, even though the last two were an iffy decision. This is an interesting year with so many good talented acts that the finals are going to be tough to judge.
Looking forward to next weeks semi-finals.

You are too funny! How can you sing if the blood is rushing to your head. Or maybe in her case it actually improved her singing.

So agree about the dance team. I don't care if they did only have three weeks rehearsal. You mean to tell me they didn't have anything else in their repetoire? How unprofessional. And if I am in Vegas, I want professional.

This is the first time I actaully guessed correctly on everyone who would make it through last night. I hope to see Daniel Joseph Baker and Beth Anne Robinson on something sometime in the future. I really enjoyed them both.

I think it will come down to Team Illuminate and The Silhouettes.

Both are really good acts. Surprised that Daniel got eliminated. I mean the judges spent he last few months "pumping him up" and calling him a star, then they turn around and vote for a kids acting "gothic" ???? Really? WOW..

(I think the group is called West Springfield dance team.. btw)
There is no way a group of Gothic kids can win.

oh well that's my mini rant.

I wonder if the TV audience is missing something in the camera shots of the West Springfield Dance Team. I mean, all I see is some kids dressed up in goth costumes and not even pretty costumes like some of them can be, mincing around the stage.

Either that or all those kids have lots of relatives. And they all vote.

Howie said it just as I was getting ready to type it:

Spoiler
Fatally Unique's performance was very reminiscent -- especially tonight -- of the West Springfield dance team.
