In no particular order:

WKRP in Cincinnati
The A-Team
Dallas
The Dukes of Hazzard
Bosom Buddies
Perfect Strangers
Falcon's Crest
Hill Street Blues
Moonlighting
The Love Boat
Charlie's Angels

China Beach (not specially made for the show)
The Wonder Years (also not specially made for the show)

That's all I can think of for now but there's probably more I'll remember after I hit "submit reply."

In the late 1980s the daytime soap Another World had a new theme tune created, "You Take Me Away To Another World". Crystal Gayle and Garry Morris actually sang the song, and it was released as a country single. I thought it was the perfect romantic ballad for this show to use as its signature tune. They kept it for nearly ten years, and gave the show an "identity".

I also thought the instrumentals for Knots Landing, Newhart, and Falcon Crest fit them perfectly.

Happy Days
Laverne and Sherley, of course most people under 25 probably don't realize Wayne's World had a scene based on this show's opening.

I like instrumental themes, specifically Sandford and Son, The Rockford Files, and Hill Street Blues.
