Felt rather bittersweet to me. I was glad that Ben finally got a chance to make things right with Alex and be the father figure he should have been on the Island.

Sayid ending up with the blonde made for a WTF?! reaction (I so disliked her I threw a shoe at the tv).

Another show that had a sad, but satisfying ending was "Medium". Joe and Allison were one of the few couples so accurately portrayed on tv. I was glad to see them reunited after Allison's very long widowhood.

Friends of course. I knew I would miss them in my home once a week...and I do. I catch the reruns when I can.

Season 1 finale of Mermaid Melody (anime on YouTube) OMG I was so sad when one of the mermaids died to be with her love !!

I was also sad when Cosmo from Sonic X died in the last season and came up in the credits as a small plant!!

Not exactly tears, but more like stunned shock, but does anyone remember the final two or three episodes of Forever Knight?

talk about *final*, but it sure took a lot of guts to do

leaving the final end for Nicholas open was a compromise redone at the last minute, but it worked.

(thinking of getting out the dvd....)

Mash was the very 1st that brought a tear to my eye. The only other 1 was The Golden Girls when Dorothy walked out the door for the last time. Truly marking the end of, in my opinion, one of the greatest sitcoms, if not TV shows, of all time. Maybo not on the level of Mash or All in the Family but a notch or 2 below
