What a stupid episode. Everyone in that show is full of themselves. Did you see Abby waving to the crowd when she got off the bus in Fort Wayne?? And then all those little girls going nuts seeing the excommunicated dancers at the mall??? I'm assuming that wasn't a breach of contract with ALDC because they didn't compete.
Abby is still obsessed with Maddie and it will be interesting to see what happens because Sophia is 10x the dancer that sweet maddie is ... but the voice! Oh my gosh!!!! and she has a strange look to her ... but boy can she dance!
My younger daughter, a dancer, loved watching Sophie as she has excellent technique (a big point in my daughter's eyes). Her voice was rather unusual, but did you notice that her voice was more "normal" during an interview segment? Hmmm
I noticed that about her voice too!? Maybe anxiety makes it get higher or just another staged scene? She is a beautiful dancer and the mom so far seems pretty normal.
Abby cannot handle losing and losing to Cathy/Candy Apples/Apple Core is 10000 times worse. Having Cathy come in gloating over their victory was just too much for Abby to handle and she lost it and called her mother for moral support
What I don't understand is why Abbey told the other mothers she had no idea where Sophie and her mom was, and she even tried to call her. Then, at the end of the show, she said that she's the one who sent them away. She couldn't have meant she sent them away because of her actions. I don't think Abbey would ever admit to being wrong about taking one girl out (Kendall) for one thats betterm (Sophie). Then, we never did really find out why they didn't show up. The mom truly hated that the other girls got pushed aside for her daughter. I think thats why they didn't show up. Too much drama.
