Bonekickers (series, actor, episodes, best)

Now on Amazon Prime is a failed British series called "Bonekickers", about a team of archaeologists that manage to relate modern events to historical mysteries. It only lasted for a half-dozen episodes, but I rather like it.

The plots are clever...although you've got to have a little historical background to get into it (probably why it didn't do well).

And one of the stars is just about the best actor out there -- Adrian Lester.
