This series without the Litt character would not exist. It would have fizzled out after burning out the story lines that fit the dynamics of a Lawyer centric show.
For a flashback episode it was good content but to me was awkwardly done. There was no clear transition between current and past scenes. At least that's how it appeared to me. Subtle adjustments in appearance wasn't enough to bridge the gap.
Other than that, we're good here - nice back-story.
I dont think anyone said that there shouldnt be a Litt character. If anything we said that "scorched Earth" Louis did nothing for us.
Love the show, but there are waaaaaay too many commercials, and the commercial breaks go on for waaaaaay too long.
It just seems that way. Without commercials the shows run 42minutes and change and has ever since the second episode (the pilot was 72 minutes without comercials)
I thought this last episode was just little bit too chummy and sugary
and it just reminded me of how much I hated Mike's friend who was so selfish and destructive to Mike
Mike can carry loyalty too far at times
I wonder if that will be his Achilles's heel in the end...
This is not the first time Donna has broken the law to "help" Mike or Harvey
Yes, but the other times she knew what she was doing. This time she said she was with the NTSB which opened herself up to get in a lot more trouble which seemed to surprise her.

Because she didnt actually say she was with the NTSB. She new she was walking a line by making them believe she was with the NTSB without actually saying it. She figured "well I never said I was with them" and it was enough of a grey area.
To be honest if Harvey hadnt opened his mouth about them never pursuing intent it all probably would have gone away. Now they are using Donna to make a point.

My recall is that she said " have u heard of the NTSB?" And implied the NTSB had requested records from the company and not received them-- so the company was delinquent and (I believe) in tjose situations companies can be fined
So Donna implied she had authority wo really saying she was with NTSB
Semantics, yes-- but that is what the law is all about in some instances...
