My take:

Sheree-so fake. Her friendship towards Kim seems totally put on. She's putting on airs of having money and class, but she's really the exact opposite. And Peter's right...she's not as pretty as she think she is.

Kim-I actually like her more this season. Kroy seems to work for her and she seems really happy. I hope things work out for her.

Kandi-so boring. Ugh...I can't take it. And I'm finding her a bit fake this season. She likes to hang out with everyone (Cynthia and NeNe?) just to get the scoop to go back and trash talk to everyone else. Not cool. Overall, I like her because she's at least independent and isn't flaunting cash she doesn't have.

Phaedra-not a fan. Find her totally fake. She has the vocabulary that speaks of higher education, but I don't think she's smart. Her husband is a loser. Both of their behavior at the baby shower was so out of line. Not sure why Phaedra instigated things so much and then sat back like she was confused about why Peter was upset. She definitely should've shown more class and had a private conversation later rather than at the shower.

Cynthia-Really nice but boring. That's about all I got with her.

NeNe-Love her! Loved her more in Season 1 and don't like that she's gotten so cocky lately, but she'll always be my favorite. I do think she's lonely and doesn't really want a divorce. I love her realness; she is what she is. Take it or leave it!

Peter/Apollo fight-I'm siding with Peter. Phaedra was completely out of line bringing the article up and she seemed to be baiting Peter to react. If folks watch the confrontation over, you can see that Apollo looks intimidated but doesn't want to show it. Apollo was also really rude to Pheadra pushing her off him and telling her to "move/get off of me" or something to that effect. His comments about the arrest were also very suspect; I'm almost positive he's lying. Something about him just seems very dishonest to me; he totally turns me off. Love me some Peter though!
Sheree - insecure, social-climbing, superficial, fronting fake
Kim - see above, but Kroy seems nice
Kandi - a little self-righteous, but she's made herself
Phaedra - hysterically funny, pompous, and my favorite character
Cynthia - spineless moron
Nene - two-faced, lying, kind of stupid, irritating to have to listen to

I would have loved to have seen Apollo put Peter down. He has been just asking for a beat down for a while. What a jerk.

Is Papa Smurf really Jamaican? All this time I really thought he had a speech problem.

That's why at first I felt a little bad for him. I assumed he'd been teased as a kid for his speech & that's what turned him into the angry man he is today. Now all I have to say about Peter Smurf is 'go back to Jamaica man"

Run Cynthia!! Run!! You have a sweet little girl who could easily grow up to marry her own Papa Smurf. Girls often fall into the same relationship patterns they see at home. Peter isn't the type of man she'd want for her daughter.

Love love love her ex, Leon. He seems to be a super nice guy & wonderful father. Would love to see them get back together.

George, where do you think Cynthia is building her home?

I was assuming Brookhaven area but I may be wrong.

Cynthia was very different on WWHL, after this installment. She seemed very defensive, rude, mean. She's not herself anymore. She is reminding me of women that are in abusive relationships and start losing themselves and taking up for their man, no matter what.

And what is with her being attracted to confrontational power-tripping people like Nene and Peter? I have a feeling that she will do well with the modeling school and Peter will not and she will be supporting him as usual. He's already run through a bunch of her money.

Apollo had too much class to knock out Peter but you know he could have done it.

I didn't see WWHL but trust your take on it. I think she is in an emotionally abusive relationship. if not a physical one. I get bad vibes from Peter.
Ditto what you said about Cynthia attaching herself to the bully types. And no doubt Apollo could have put a hurting on Peter

I have to say - Phaedra makes me laugh out loud. She knows she is playing a part and she is enjoying it. Now poor Nene - so sad to see the slow burn. By the time she is completely up in flames it will be (is) too late.

Momma Burris was not happy at all...smh. That was just too much.

Crazy thing is if Kandi planned something like that knowing Phaedras' mother would be present best bet Phaedra wouldn't be laughing.

But, Lawrence was loving it! LOL
