It's the nature of the show. As the promos said, "Watch carefully." Brody may have thought he was dead. Or only for a short period of time. They may be acting independently of each other. Or not.

We're going in circles... Do u understand what assuming means?
again if u have to say maybe? Or maybe not? that means you are assuming. so why did you say I'm making too many assumptions?

I think you you are trying to argue with me and I'm not quite sure why you are doing that. I'd like to discuss the show and not semantics but yes, I'm a writer so of course I understand what "assumption" means. But really, can we get back to the show discussion and stop the personal attacks? I'm quite sure you are reading far more into this than exists.

You said I was making too many assumptions when I was discussing the show... that's how we got here, remember?

And I didn't attack... I asked you a question. When did that become attacking? If anything you attacked me when I was discussing the show.
I rewatched ep 4 last night and when Brody was in the garage before the party where he killed the deer? He took out his gun barrel, looked through it and a picture of the capital flashed on the screen. What was that all about? Carrie must be right or they were purposely misleading us???

Exactly. I'm sure he bought items for more than just praying and brought them into the garage. Does anyone remember what he bought? I might try and watch that episode again. Who passed the razor on to the bodyguard? He lied during the polygraph but passed so clearly he is good at lying and beating the lie detector. Of course its been proven those things are bunk but they are still used by government agencies.

If you watch it again, it is after the car scene when he invited Mike for steaks on the grill, he talked to Jess for a minute then went to the garage to check on propane (which he DIDN'T do, he got the gun out instead so that is one lie for sure). As he was looking through the barrel, that is the moment it showed the capital. Think he looked through it twice, it was the last time but anyway, he has no problem with lying and why show the capital that he was also looking at on his run at an earlier time.
Carrie has finally found someone she feels comfortable with, she is in attack mode so often. I think maybe she really wants to believe him now that she is so attracted to him. One thing we know for sure, Walker didn't slip the blade and somebody did. Why isn't Carrie obsessing over that?

I'm not sure I buy that she is into him. One minute she was trying to catch him lying and then she walks out to the parking lot, hops in the car and she's his buddy. I don't buy it.
I think that Brody actually thought that Walker was dead. But....why would Abu Nazir go through all of that trouble? Why not just turn Walker and kill Brody? Why keep Brody alive if he had nothing to do with the proposed attack?
I definitely think that the razor blade is going to come up again. There is no way that the prisoner had it on him. He went through several checkpoints. I am sure that he was searched thoroughly. I do think that Brody slipped him the blade. Remember when Brody sat down and the prisoner was eating? They made a big show of Brody pulling the prisoner's food towards him. Perhaps Brody slipped the blade into the Styrofoam container.
Perhaps Brody and Walker are in cahoots? Why would the show waste half of the season leading us in one direction if Brody had nothing to do with the attacks?
