I don't know if any of you remember this cartoon from the 1960's. Heckle and Jeckle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Heckle and Jeckle, the 2 magpies - I was watching this cartoon one time when I was 11 in 1968, and I remember one very funny clip, where both magpies were being chased by another character in the cartoon, who was a dog. They run by a pay phone that was ringing, and one of the birds signals the dog to pause for a second to answer the phone. He picks it up and the bird listens intently, waits a couple of seconds and says:
Magpie: "You don't say!.. You don't say!.. You don't say!"
Dog: <very curious>"Ugghhh.. what did he say?"
Magpie: "He didn't say!"
He hangs up the phone and chase resumes.

Animaniacs and Pinky and the Brain.
"What are we going to do tonight, Brain?"
"Same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world!"
"Narf!"

Kimba the White Lion, Speed Racer, the Mighty Heroes (Diaper & Rope-Man, anyone?), Marine Boy (the best theme song!) &, of course, the old Looney Tunes.
Toss up Favorites: Kimba (the Lion King guy ripped him off) and the LTunes with the chickens imitating Sinatra & Crosby; the one Elmer Fudd is Miles Standish & Pilgrim Priscilla goes: Eyeeeeh meh Llauuuundrehhhh (laundry)...nyyyyy, yeh didn't even touch mehhhh..."
