I love to watch the Olympics on TV. Can't wait for the opening ceremony tonight and for the competitions to follow. I love watching almost all of the sports and also the human interest stories and the history lessons about the locale of the Olympics.

Do you love to watch the games and all the related coverage?

.

Love the games, though.

I keep thinking I'd rather be watching a re-run of American Idol first auditions.

I enjoy the Olympics. The opening ceremonies always reflect the culture of the host country and I find them interesting and fun. Plus, they are happy and we need as much happiness in our lives as we can get. Grab on and enjoy.

Watched the opening ceremonies. After 2 hours we got quite bored and switched channels. Yes they were spectacular, but only for those in attendance. It looked to be a long drawn out documentary that would have been better off on PBS or the History Channel. It was not made for a small TV screen or home audience.
I was hoping to see something more international, pertaining to sports, and for a broader type of audience.
Bring on the competition, the games we want to see.
