In younger years:

I Love Lucy, WKRP/Cinn, Jeffersons
The Dick Van Dyke Show, Northern Exposure, Rhoda
The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Murphy Brown

but, as a contemporary sitcom
nothing IMO beats Seinfeld...

the marble-rye episode! the "spongeworthy" episode! Kramer!
the "shrinkage" episode! the "Susan dies from licking cheap envelopes" episode! the "scalding coffee" with Jackie the attorney! the soup nazi!

Oh my....so many laughs.

Well, even though I was never a fan of the show to begin with and haven't seen a lot of episodes, I very much enjoy Everybody loves Raymond. But I can't choose just one show on the list, and one of my favorites isn't even on there.

Friends
Seinfeld
Everybody Loves Raymond
Home Improvement
Full House
Golden Girls
