I’ve always been a fan of zombie movies especially the ones by George Romero. In The Walking Dead TV show I’d like to see more zombie kills, funny kill methods, running over their heads, etc. Maybe some of that will happen on the season finale.
For between season reading I guess the place to start would be The Walking Dead Book 1?

And yeah, I agree to a degree. On the one hand, the sword-wielding Michonne from the comics is probably too over the top for TV. On the other hand, the TV show already has a biker cracker who loves to kill zombies with a crossbow. So really, it's a matter of good writing and good performance whether or not the character will work.
Which makes me nervous about the General. We know he comes in next season, and he is WAAAAAY over the top, even in the comics.

I think you mean "The Governor" . I'm sure the TV writers will tone down his character. The Governor and his followers could be similar to the "the others" from LOST.

Me too, I want to know what happened to him, and his son. I'm just not that into Merle, and I think Darryl is better off without him around.

If they follow the comics...which I know most people hate that idea, but if they do, Rick will run across Morgan/Duane after the prison scene...probably around the 4th or 5th Season.

I liked Daryl's hallucination of Merle in Chupacabra. Showed that they had a strenuous relationship at best and things should be real interesting if Merle shows up for real this time.

The opening scene when the z's had left the city and were marching down the highway:
Well, I know this is odd but I expected them to suddenly break into a Dr. Pepper commercial or something like the Radio City Rockettes doing a dance routine. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't.
Added while watching The Talking Dead. It's mentioned that the cast all love the Thriller video. I guess I was picturing Thriller. ahahahahaha

Michonne joining the show! W TF!!! The producers did a good job of keeping this secret. When they cast the Governor, that made the news. My guess is the producers have not. Officially cast Michonne because they never showed her face. Can't wait until seas
on 3.
