Actually to clarify Jeff's ex partner (lover) Ryan is also his business partner. Ryan has another lover partner now and they are the two that are raising the baby girl.
Clear as mud?

You have to understand, I only saw two episodes and a couple of bits of another. Hard to watch anything when you have kids. That is why I was unsure about the partner. Never saw his significant other. Jay

I think Jeff is playing to the camera -- like "no number 2 in my bathroom" etc. That's o.k. because we are in on the joke and love to see what he will do next.

Please excuse my behavior but I was ROFLMAO at Jeff teaching 2 year old Chloe to answer "chardonnay" when asked what she would like to drink.
I guess Ryan is really OvEr Jeff's behavior but his deception is really turning my stomach. At least with Jeff you get what you see--no surprises. Jeff seems visibly shaken about it all too. Sad.

I know what you mean. I was not too thrilled with him teaching her to say "Hooters" when asked where do you want to work when you grow up. And he wonders why his relationship with Ryan is strained. I am surprised that ryan even lets Jeff near her, let alone take her to lunch.
The show seems to be playing up Ryan's coldness. I wonder if any of this is real or if it is just for the show. Makes Ryan look bad but why should he put up with Jeff and do flips when his design business is doing so well?

I have never seen Jeff cuss as he did last night.
I was stunned at the things he has taught Chloe, that her favorite drink is "chardonnay", that she wants to work at "Hooters" when she grows up, and how she lifted her shirt up and said "Girls Gone Wild", all taught to her by Jeff. I suspect if she was indeed his daughter he would not do this.

the problem, and it IS a big legal issue, is that he was paying to have the hits on the site directed to HIS site.

I've watched the show from the beginning and I like Jeff. From everyone of his house flips to his own homes he has done a a fantastic job with them.
I enjoyed the show where the divorce lady didn't pay Jeff and was being a bit__ about it. I loved when Jenni shut the job down I felt sorry for Jenni when her husband dumped her. She didn't deserve that.
With all that said, he does have a little compulsive disorder. Could I work him..........no way

That would tick me off as well and I am not digging Ryan when he keeps saying "they called me". Well for 10 years he has been known as a business partner of Jeff's! I don't blame Jeff for questioning Ryan on things but Jeff probably wouldn't of met with a flooring company either. He could have had the option to see one of his other employees though had Ryan gave him an option.

for real and what makes me even more upset is that I loved Ryan and don't wanna not like him. He's acting shady though
