There were no pay for placement type ads on Ryan's site. Here's his site Brown Design: Interior Design Los Angeles

I think there was some sort of link and or reference to Jeff on the site.

Yeap, I think that is what it is about too. Jeff should have said your friendship is more important to me and let's just be friends and not business partners. But Jeff seems lonely and financially in trouble so who else can he take it out on?

From Jeff, last year he said he was hurting financially as the real estate went into decline. Anyone remember last year? He was so mean to his staff mainly because he was worried about off loading some of his properties. This season he also admitted that he lost more than 30% of his net worth and doesn't have the money to do flips that is why he wanted to sell his house to have the cash to buy and flip. Although I don't know why anyone would attempt flipping in this market?

Didn't say he is in dire straights but he keeps making references to how well Ryan's business is. He wants to be included in whatever cash he thinks Ryan is making. Jeff keeps saying that now Ryan is doing well and he is not. So I believe Jeff laid it all out there. If Jeff was doing well he wouldn't care what Ryan was up to and or how to get in on his action.

he would care what Ryan is UP to because they are business partners and JEFF helped Ryan stay afloat and get a start.
Jeff's idea of being low on cash could mean only having a few million in the bank.

Does anyone else but me think Jeff still has feelings for Ryan? I know Ryan is with someone else now, but he seems to care an awful lot about everything that happens with Ryan. I know Jeff is real close to Ryan's daughter Chloe as well.

baybook, other posters made references to google ads so I was clearing that up. Even for search engines which are free there is no harm there.

Dream, I don't think Jeff has millions. Especially when he needs money from a home sell to flip houses and or operate his business. Construction/design is a draining business both financially and mentally. Ryan and Jeff were lovers and friends first which is a bad combination for business partners. They should just remain friends.

Brokencrayola, I am with you. Jeff is very jealous of Ryan and it is clear that he still has feelings for the guy. He admitted on the last show that Ryan's child could have been his if he didn't mess things up. Did you see how sad Jeff was when Ryan said he was going to move to Santa Barbara? I think Jeff wanted to get mad at Ryan so he doesn't have to say good bye.
