I'm boycotting Arrow because they didn't cast Justin Hartley after 6 seasons (well, technically 5, since he wasn't in season 5) of playing Green Arrow on Smallville. ON THE CW.

I feel the same way about the Tom Welling/Superman and Michael Rosenbaum/Lex Luthor stuff.

Much better than solid!

Great story line and a great new actor that I've never heard of before!

(I know .. The Great actor description is usually reserved for the big screen but the guy rocks!)

Personally I didn't like Justin Hartley as the Green Arrow at all.

Welling wouldn't be caught dead in a Superman movie.
(refused to actually wear the costume in Smallville. All CGI)

Michael Rosenbaum quit (smallville) to do 'other' projects.

Don't know about Hartley but most actors (including Hartley) want to avoid 'typecasting' after they have left a show like this.(smallville)

Too bad it has a Nolan feel to it. Otherwise Deathstroke would have his enhanced physical and mental attributes along with the regenerative healing factor. Black Canary and her Canary Cry? Nope. Merlyn and his archery skills? Nada

Best episode of the season last night!

And another "Doctor Who" alum joins the cast.

I love this show.

Well, season 1 has ended and all I can say is "wow."

So looking forward to season 2.
