The first auditions for the Fall Season will be June 12th in St Louis! There will be two others in June. It's going to be difficult to top the talent this year!

I think that there were many that were eliminated that had very good talent. Colton should come back if he doesn't get a recording deal.

Once the contestants hit the semi-finals and onward, they can never return. Never ever again. Colton can go on the next season of The X Factor.

Default American Idol: Season 12

The new judges are Mariah Carey and ... wait for it ... Nicki Minaj. Words fail me.

Randy Jackson may move into a mentoring role. Nick Jonas has already confirmed that he's being considered as a judge. And Charlie Sheen has expressed interest in being a judge. Words fail me here too.

I think they're grasping at straws now.

I'm not a Mariah Carey fan and will now have to Google Nicki Minaj...I have no idea who this person is.

Have never been a fan of Randy as a judge...musician yes....judge no.

ETA.....I googled her and am still unfamiliar with her...but I don't follow pop music.

But if they EVER put Lady Gag Gag on the panel I will quit watching.

Nick Minag is the reason we have a mute button on TV's.

She "performed" on American Idol last season and did a terrible job of lip-syncing.

I'm afraid we'll have to say bye bye to American Idol after this season.

Seriously, it was a bad idea to put Steven Tyler and J-Lo on the show. Now the producers want Nicki Minaj and Nick Jonas on the show too. Bad moves from the producers.

I would think they would put people in there that people actually respected their opinion. I valued Simon's, Randy knew what he was talking about but doesn't project it well, Paula....well....she's good comic relief.

Kara knew...believe it or not Ellen D knew but she's too nice.
