I boo-hooed through the show. I'm glad she lived. I know tons of it is not realistic - but it's TV people! If you want real life then watch the Discovery Channel - they have stuff about "life in the ER" etc.
I think it's sweet how she and Matthew got back together. And I like how it gives the characters a chance to say goodbye to both April and Arizona. I'm sure it must be hard in real life, knowing you're not going to work with that person anymore. Heck - I hate when one of my co-workers leave and these actors have been working together for quite a long while.

Have not seen it yet, we're about 4 episodes behind. What does April do with Harriette?

"Do with Harriette?"? I'm not sure what you mean. Somebody wanted to bring her up to see April but Jackson said he would do it in the morning. That's what made me suspicious of April dying overnight.

I thought April and Matthew move away, that's why I asked

My guess is that April leaves with Harriet (as it's more convenient to have Jackson not having to worry about a child for future storylines)

What was Meridith hiding in her sock drawer at the end of the last episode? There seems to be a small cache of stuff in her drawer? Is she stealing something? Even though I watch the episodes I seem to miss little things so often that i feel lost and frustrated instead of entertained. Time for me to give up on these adolescent acting attending and department head physicians.
